"Any injuries involving a knife have the potential to be life threatening, especially to the chest and stomach where there is serious risk of damaging a patients vital organs," Wong said.

One of the teens was found unconscious with a stab wound to his stomach.

Two other men were also seriously injured.

"When paramedics arrived on scene there was great concern for all three patients, particularly the teenager who was unconscious and bleeding heavily from his abdomen," Wong said.

A crime scene has been established and an investigation is ongoing.
