- To ensure optimal performance, make sure the X-ray system’s firmware is up-to-date. This will help ensure a high-quality experience while also upholding high performance from the system.
- If you do ever experience any issues with your dental X-ray machine, report them immediately to your service provider or, if your system is under manufacturer warranty, to the manufacturer. This will help prevent small issues from snowballing into much larger problems that can be more difficult, time-consuming, and expensive to rectify.
