The Sig Sauer P365 is one of the most popular handguns in America, and how could it not be?
Chambered in one of two very practical rounds (.380 or 9mm), and ultra-compact, the P365 is a great carry gun and conceals well.
On top of that, the P365 features a section of rail under the barrel for mounting accessories and there is even an optics-ready version.
They are a bit small for comfort, but they want nothing for capability. Still, boosting performance is not out of the question, especially with Sig Sauer P365 accessories like these.

Pinky Rests
The greatest aspect of the Sig P365 could also be argued to be its greatest shortcoming: its size.
It’s a small handgun, to be sure, which means you can conceal it even under light clothing. It also makes it (potentially) good for shooters with smaller hands, recoil notwithstanding.
For shooters with larger hands, not so much. The thing feels downright tiny. Also, not being able to get a good grip on the gun complicates sight alignment and handling, for obvious reasons.
Therefore, one of the most impactful upgrades you can make to a Sig P365, even though it might not be flashy or exciting, is a pinky rest.
Anarchy Outdoor sells these pinky rests, made from aluminum (and available in 5 colors), that serve as a practical extension of the grip so you can get a better hold on the gun.
They’re comfortable and ergonomically extend the grip, making it easier to aim and shoot, don’t interfere with carry potential, and being made of aluminum, they are leagues tougher than plastic.
They’re also made in the United States and are extremely affordable, as P365 accessories go, so there’s that.
Titanium Nitride Barrels
We’ll be the first to admit, the main reason most people upgrade to titanium nitride (or TiN) barrels is aesthetics. There’s no way around this – they just look cooler than black barrels.
But the truth is, while these barrels will add flash and personality to your P365, and seemingly in spite of TiN’s good looks, the material is very hard and wear resistant.
TiN, like other classes of nitride, also exhibits exceptional permanent dry lubricity, which means less liquid lubricant is needed on moving parts.
Not that you would lube a barrel – you wouldn’t – but the same qualities that improve the permanent dry lubricity of nitrided parts also means fouling is less likely to stick to them.
That means it’ll be easier to clean a nitrided barrel – go ahead, test this claim and see.
Kydex Holsters
Lastly, while it might not be a Sig Sauer P365 accessory exclusively, a Kydex holster has the potential to improve how you carry.
This is because Kydex holsters can be formed to the shape of the gun, affording a nearly perfect friction fit.
We get it, leather is timeless and has a lot of cool factor. But leather also traps moisture, accelerates corrosion, and even when broken in, doesn’t offer the same level of retention as Kydex, at least without secondary retention features.
So all else being equal, a Kydex holster for your Sig can change the way you carry for the better.
