A winter blast continues to sweep through New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania, bringing snowfall and gusty winds.
Strong wind warnings are in place today from the NSW Mid North Coast right down to the Eden Coast near the Victorian border.
Damaging winds averaging 80km/h to 90km/h with peak gusts up to 130km/h are bringing blizzard-like conditions and fresh dumps of snow to the alpine areas.

Temperatures are expected to drop below average across south-east parts of Australia, with Melbourne set to shiver through 7C days this week.
