Westboro Baptist Church Cult wants to picket victims of 4/6 Virginia Tech tragedy
The godless cult, Westboro Baptist Church, has announced that they plan to picket the funerals of the 32 victims.

“In the aftermath of such a great tragedy in Blacksburg, Hokies have come together. This bond, forged in the mountains of southwest Virginia, allows us to overcome any obstacle put in our way. People from all over the nation have rallied, “Today, we are all Hokiesâ€.
Unfortunately, there are those who would like to keep us down. The godless cult, Westboro Baptist Church, has announced that they plan to picket the funerals of the 32 victims. We are mustering a mass of Hokies and Hokie supporters to block these monsters. We need people from every area that will be having funerals to participate in non-violent methods of prohibiting them. “

Thanks to all Hokies and Patriot Guard Riders who participated. The family and multiple guests thanked us repeatedly during and after the memorial.
We arrived at Walmart at 2pm (Lowes wouldn’t let us use their parking lot). Under police escort, the motorcycles, followed by the cars, drove in formation to the high school where the memorial was being held. The patriot riders brought 100 flags that we held in a line in front of the school while the guests drove by. As the Clark family drove by us, we held our flags up at attention for them, in their honor and in memory of Ryan. As the service was able to start, and with no sign of the cult, we entered the school and stood in line formation throughout the duration of the service. As expected, when the Marching Virginians played “Carry Me back to Old Virginny” and the Fight Song, chills went down my spine as the hundreds of guests started clapping.
I was originally from Virginia, I had aspired at one point in my life to go to that school, and I would have been in my final year there if I had. That makes me reflect on my own life and realize that the truth is we don’t know how things will play out in our lives and perhaps the way my life changed saved my life. I will pray for those who are now in God’s arms, and will pray that the anger in others’ hearts will be let go. I pray that our nation will remember them with love. Mike, it sounds to me like you have not forgotten your passion for life after all these years. Take care, and God Bless.

It is beyond belief you would have a group call themselves a church and want to bring such grief to others as they mourn for those they love. I applaud all all Hokies and Patriot Guard Riders who participated.
